- Sew covers for all cushions (done)
- Make curtains
- treat floor with POR-15
- Sound proof while everything is out
- Get rid of the insulation on the engine lid (too heavy) and replace with NASA insulation (purchased from JC Whitney)
- Install Bamboo flooring
- Make cabinetry (order the wood - we are still trying to determine the best wood to use)
- Install fridge and stove
- Install muffler
- Install rear hatch struts (from BusDepot)
- Install fuel tank sender unit
- Replace all fuel lines and fuel filter
- Get alternator and starter checked
- Get gauges (at least cylinder head temperature - not sure if we can afford any more, though we would like to have oil pressure and temperature as well)
- Change oil and filter
- Mount our Hankook RA08 tires on rims (check spare)
- Purchase safety equipment (road reflectors and the such)
- Pack a tool box with belts, spark plugs, oil filter, wipers, and light bulbs
- Check CV boots and all rubber on front suspension and ball joints
- torque down seals on tranny
- Replace all light bulbs with new brighter bulbs from Terry in Prospect, Illinois
- Install the 12V power supply
- Install flourescent lamp
- FIX the RADIO!
- Install speakers
- Install new horn
- Make center console
- Get Vanagon checked over by Gordie at 4 ever 4
- Have FUN!
